/Content/files/FollettPAC.jpgAttorney Amanda N. Follett’s practice focuses on estate and succession planning, corporate and business transactions, use of Wisconsin business entities, real estate law, and the tax implications that always arise in these areas.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Attorney Follett practiced in the business group of a Delaware corporate law firm, where she advised clients on corporate and business transactions regarding the structure and use of Delaware business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships (general and limited), and statutory trusts.

While in law school, Attorney Follett served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Ann Marie Donio of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and interned with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Office of the City Attorney of Camden, New Jersey.  She also served as a Site Coordinator and Tax Preparer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.

Attorney Follett resides in West Bend and enjoys volunteering with the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Washington County, Inc. and Riveredge Nature Center.
