PEACE OF MIND
We have assisted hundreds of clients over the years in establishing basic estate plans. These estate plans include Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills/Health Care Powers of Attorney, and where appropriate Living Trusts to avoid probate proceedings.
One size does not fit all. Each client and each family is unique unto itself, though there are certain basic documents that should be in place for every individual.
We have assisted young families establishing estate plans upon the arrival of their first child. We have assisted older clients in the preparation of Prenuptial Agreements upon their second marriage after the death of their first spouse. We have visited the death beds of clients to put in place, not necessarily tax advantage techniques, but putting in place documents for family objectives so that there is peach of mind.
We have assisted families who have a child who is either emotionally or mentally challenged, for whom the parents have cared for during their lifetimes, but are concerned about the care after they no longer can. This is accomplished by creating lifetime Trusts to insure the care and welfare of their special heir.
We have assisted countless clients in meeting their personal planning objectives in a tax efficient manner minimizing federal estate tax, and without incurring probate through the use of funded joint Revocable Trusts. Every individual and every family has unique planning objectives. We have provided legal services and counsel to these clients.
