![]() JAMES A. SPELLAAttorney James A. Spella graduated from Marquette University in 1967 with a BA in Accounting and graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1971 with a Juris Doctor Degree. He has worked as a Tax Attorney with Arthur Andersen & Company and has been in the private practice of law since 1973 with the law firm of Schloemer, Spella & Enea, S.C. concentrating in business law, taxation, estate planning and real estate. Attorney Spella is a Partner in the firm, a member of the Washington County Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and American Bar Association. Attorney Spella has served as legal counsel and a director of various civic and charitable organizations. Attorney Spella is a current Board member of the West Bend Savings Bank, current member of the West Bend Noon Rotary Club and a past President, a Director of the Threshold, Inc., and a Director and President of the West Bend Community Foundation, Inc. and Honor Roll Member of the Partners in Philanthropy. He is a former President and Director of the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce, a former President and member of the St. Frances Cabrini School Board, and former President of the Washington County Bar Association. Attorney Spella resides in West Bend with his wife, Karen, and has six daughters. ![]() JACK A. ENEAAttorney Jack A. Enea graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1985 with a BA in Marketing and graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1989 with a Juris Doctor Degree. He interned with the Internal Revenue Service District Council before joining Arthur Andersen & Company full-time as a Tax Attorney. In December of 1993, Attorney Enea joined the Schloemer, Spella & Enea, S.C. law firm concentrating in estate planning, probate, taxation, business law and real estate. Attorney Enea is a Partner of the Schloemer, Spella & Enea, S.C. law firm, a member of the Washington County Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and American Bar Association. In addition to having a law degree, Attorney Enea is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Washington County, Commerce State Bank and Thiensville Mequon Youth Baseball Association. Williams graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1976 with a BA in History and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1980 with a Juris Doctor Degree. He has worked as a Tax Attorney for Arthur Andersen & Company as well as another C.P.A. firm. Since 1989, he has been in the private practice of law with the law firm of Schloemer, Spella & Enea, S.C. concentrating in business law, taxation, estate planning and real estate. Attorney Williams is a member of the Washington County Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. In addition to having a law degree, Attorney Williams is a Certified Public Accountant. Attorney Williams is a lecturer for various business and community groups. He resides in West Bend with his wife, Laurie, and two daughters. Return to Top![]() DANIEL L. SARGEANTAttorney Daniel L. Sargeant graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He attended law school at Southwestern University in Los Angeles, California, and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1978. Attorney Sargeant has been in private practice throughout his legal career and in 1981 joined the law firm of Schloemer, Spella & Enea, S.C. concentrating in family law, employment law, social security disability and other areas of administrative law, zoning and other municipal law cases, and appeals. He has an extensive civil litigation background, both at the trial court and appellate court levels. Attorney Sargeant is a member of the Washington County Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. Danaher graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1994 with a BA in History and English and graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1999 with a Juris Doctor Degree. Attorney Danaher serves as Assistant City Attorney for the Village of Slinger and the Village of Jackson. Attorney Danaher has been in the private practice of law since 1999, concentrating in the areas of civil and criminal litigation and has participated in numerous jury trials and court trials. Attorney Danaher joined Schloemer, Spella & Enea, S.C. in 2002. Attorney Danaher is a member of the Washington County Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin.
