PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
I
have enjoyed assisting families and small
business owners with their legal needs. At
times, the advice I provide goes beyond the
legal environment by providing advice on family
and business decisions and relations. I see
myself as “transactional” and as a “problem
solver” instead of adversarial. One of the
values I bring to my clients is addressing
events and situations before they happen so
there is a methodology for a solution and
resolution. I believe in providing “exit
strategies” which are mutually beneficial.
Though I continue to “learn” since the law
is constantly changing, and though my accounting
background allows me to see a client’s tax and
accounting situations with a fresh eye, my
experience gained over the years with hundreds
of clients provides a strong basis of skills for
me to listen, identify, and assist.
SPECIALTIES:
Areas of concentration are
estate and succession planning, business
matters, including organization and contracts,
real estate, and the tax implications that
always arise in these areas.

 JACK A. ENEA
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and have
lived here all of my life. I attended the
University of Wisconsin in Madison for my
undergraduate work and received my law degree
from Marquette University in 1989. While in law
school, I had the opportunity to intern with the
Internal Revenue Service District Council in
Milwaukee. After graduation, I joined Arthur
Anderson & Co. as a tax attorney. While there, I
received my license as a Certified Public
Accountant.
In 1993, I joined the
Schloemer Law Firm. I am a partner with the law
firm and continue to be licensed as a CPA. In
addition, I am a member of the Washington County
Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and
the American Bar Association.
As a
partner of the Schloemer Law Firm, I believe
that professionalism is the key to the
successful practice of law. While my areas of
expertise are in estate planning, estate
administration, real estate transactions and
development and business and tax law, our firm
practices in several areas of the law. My
personal background as both an attorney and a
CPA enhances my ability to relate to the issues
my clients face and analyze complex business
matters. To me, integrity is the cornerstone of
being an attorney. Additionally, laying out the
complete picture for a client is critical. Early
in my career I learned that one of the most
important jobs a lawyer has is to bring the
matter to an end and to clearly communicate to
my clients how to get there.
In addition
to being a partner with the firm, I sit on the
Board of Directors for Commerce State Bank. I
also sit on the Board of the West Bend Community
Foundation and the Board of Trustees for the
Boys and Girls Club of Washington County, having
been a past president.
In my free time,
my wife Pam and I spend a lot of time with our
four sons managing their busy lives. I enjoy
golfing, coaching, and getting involved in
community events.
