FREE Estate Planning Informational Session on December 15

We are excited to invite you to a FREE Estate Planning Informational Session at the Kettle Moraine YMCA – West Washington Branch on Monday, December 15th from 10:00–11:00 AM.

Whether you’ve been meaning to get your affairs in order, are curious about the difference between wills and trusts, or simply want to feel more confident planning for the future, this session is a wonderful opportunity to learn in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Attorneys Amanda Sacks and James Danaher from Schloemer Law Firm will walk through important topics such as avoiding probate, understanding powers of attorney and incapacity planning, and how charitable giving works under the new tax rules.
